I plan on utilizing all the resources shown in my plurilingual toolkit, I think that these resources will serve my students who are plurilingual in a meaningful and supportive way.

Being a teacher is a challenging and rewarding job and I look forward to helping support students where they are at. Learning my students' stories and backgrounds, will help me to best serve them and support them in their educational journey.

I plan to best serve my community by working with stakeholders and parents to help them understand the importance of creating an environment where students can succeed. Finding the support a student needs from me, for example, providing books for the student to read at home, if they don't have access to them. I want to be a resource for parents to know that we are all in this together to provide support to their children.

My next steps will be to practice implementing these useful resources into the classroom. I look forward to working with my teacher during my student teaching and gaining more insight and practices to support plurilingual students.

I have grown so much already through this process of learning about how to better support my students. I feel more confident in my decision to become a teacher and look forward to working through the process to gain more knowledge, understanding, and wisdom.
